Mr. Daw, a partner of Schiller DuCanto & Fleck LLP, litigates complex financial/custody cases. Mr. Daw has over 25 years of experience in family law. He received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Illinois at Champaign/Urbana. He received his Juris Doctorate degree, with distinction, from DePaul University College of Law. Mr. Daw is a graduate of the American Bar Association Family Law Section Family Law Advocacy Institute. Mr. Daw has published articles on family law and litigation for the American Bar Association Section of Family Law, Illinois Institute for Continuing Legal Education, The Illinois State Bar Association Young Lawyers Newsletter, Family Law Litigation in Illinois published by the National Business Institute, Inc., and in the DuPage County Journal. Mr. Daw has lectured on tax issues, financial planning in divorce cases, and other issues related to the practice of family law for the American Bar Association Section of Family Law, Illinois Institute of Continuing Legal Education, the Illinois CPA Society, the Family Law Litigation in Illinois series, the DuPage County Bar Association, the Chicago Bar Association and various civic organizations. Mr. Daw was a member of the Supreme Court Committee on Character and Fitness by appointment of the Illinois Supreme Court from 1991-2000. Mr. Daw is a member of the American Bar Association, the American Bar Association's Family Law Section, the American Bar Association Family Law Section Committee on Alimony & Spousal Support, the American Bar Association Family Law Section Trial Practice and Techniques Committee, the American Bar Association Family Law Section Child Support Committee, the Illinois State Bar Association, the DuPage County Bar Association and the Will County Bar Association. Mr. Daw is the former Chairman and Vice-Chairman of the DuPage County Bar Association Family Law Committee and was a member of the Judicial Evaluation Committee for the DuPage County Bar Association. Mr. Daw is a Director of CASA of DuPage County.
