"No family unit is the same, and every family needs their own customized plan. I give my clients the tools they need to make well-informed decisions and prepare for a new beginning."
Ishita Saran understands that a family dispute can be complex, emotionally taxing, and creates ambiguity in the lives of those involved. She counsels her clients through these tough times by giving them the clarity they require and providing them with personalized solutions. Ms. Saran creates a customized plan by listening to her client's needs, recognizing the purpose behind their goals, laying out all their options, and explaining the consequences of choosing any one track. She then uses tact, and zealous advocacy, in working towards obtaining favorable results.
Having grown up in India, United Arab Emirates and Oman, Ms. Saran has been exposed to several cultures. This exposure makes it capable for her to appreciate the impact various forms of diversity can have on a family unit. She takes into evaluation social, cultural, and religious norms when building solutions.
