Michele Jochner Presented CLE On “Consideration For Taking A Family Law Appeal” At KCBA Annual Appellate Law Seminar

Jochnerrecently presented on“Considerations for Taking a Family Law Appeal” as part of the CLE (Continuing Legal Education) Annual Appellate Law Seminar hosted by the Kane County Bar Association. The virtual program offers 3 hours of general CLE credit and 1 hour for ethics.As part of the virtual seminar, Michele collaborated with judges and other legal professionals to discuss best practices, trends, and developments in Illinois appellate practice related to ethics, appealing allocation of parenting time, factors to consider when deciding whether to appeal a family law case, and general feedback from Justices of the Illinois Appellate Court.
