Adam Zebelian, an Associate with Schiller DuCanto & Fleck LLP, shared insights with students at Chicago-Kent College of Law on Intimate Partner Violence on Thursday, September 5, 2019.
As part of the seminar, Adam discussed the unique challenges faced by LGBTQ domestic violence victims in the judicial process. The course examines issues of domestic violence and stalking and best practices attorneys should implement in the criminal justice field. Taught by The Honorable Judge Gloria Coco (Ret.) and Adjunct Professor Pam Paziotopoulos, students have the opportunity to gain insights on the complexity of the prosecution of domestic violence cases from well-respected professionals in the legal community.
