The rigorous two-year conflict resolution program consists of 36 hours of post-graduate academic credit and includes courses such as Family Conflict Resolution, Psychology of Conflict; Negotiations; Ethics of Conflict Resolution; Interpersonal Communications; and International Conflict Resolution.
With expertise in financial matters as a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Financial Planner©, Carlton understands the importance of staying on top of latest developments in the legal field and problem resolution techniques as it allows him to draw upon additional resources and present more creative resolutions for the benefit of his clients.
