Jason Sposeep Lends A Hand At Ronald McDonald House As Part of New Era Divorce Kickoff

Senior Partner of Schiller DuCanto & Fleck, Jason Sposeep, and fellow legal community members/friends teamed up to announce a new outreach program called New Era Divorce (NED). NED is a practice group of experienced and thoughtful divorce lawyers whose mission is to actively inspire collegiality among the family law community. Jason, a founding member of NED, co-hosted the inaugural event by volunteering at the Ronald McDonald House near Lurie Children’s Hospital on Wednesday, March 4, 2020.The philanthropic event was in support of children and their families currently battling serious health issues.

Community members including local judges, family law attorneys, mediators and mental health professionals combined their efforts into cooking and serving dinner to children and their families who are currently utilizing the services of the Ronald McDonald House. The focus of the Ronald McDonald House is to provide a community to families with a hospitalized child including housing, meals and free healthcare to children in under-served areas of Chicago. Preparing a home-cooked meal for these families allows them to take a moment for themselves during a very stressful time. To donate or volunteer for the Culinary Hearts program of the Ronald McDonald House, visit here.

NED was created by seven forward-thinking family law attorneys whose goal it is to improve the way family law is practiced with a focus on civility and integrity. The group provides educational programming, mentorship and community outreach to help foster collegiality and improve the practice of family law. For more information about NED, please contact Jason Sposeep
