Michele M. Jochner Shares Tips On “Writing to Win” With Panel Of Esteemed Jurists at the NAWL 2023 Mid-Year Meeting

Jochner recently served as the Co-Chair of the Programming Committee for the National Association of Women Lawyers (NAWL) 2023 Mid-Year Meeting, “Leading with Purpose and Intentionality.”  Michele also presented a workshop on “Writing to Win,” alongside the Honorable Kem Thomson Frost, Former Chief Justice, 14th Court of Appeals of Texas (Ret.) and the Honorable Jean P. Rosenbluth, U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.

As part of the insightful and interactive presentation, Michele and the judicial panel discussed the components that make for strong and compelling legal arguments, and highlighted easily avoidable errors which can weaken a claim or sink a case altogether.
