Elaine is a veteran practitioner with over a decade of experience negotiating and litigating complex and high net-worth family law matters including high-conflict parenting issues, business valuations, multi-million dollar estates, and domestic violence. She represents a variety of clients from medical and legal professionals, business executives, athletes, and stay-at-home spouses in both dissolution matters as well as in drafting and negotiating prenuptial and post nuptial agreements.
