David Schadler is a seasoned executive with over 30 years of experience in Business Operations and Financial Management, including accounting, facilities, finance, human resources, marketing, technology, financial analysis, budgeting, benefit plans, compensation, expense reduction and treasury.

Prior to joining the Chicago area family law firm of Schiller DuCanto & Fleck LLP, David was with the law firm of SNR Denton US LLP for 28 years, serving most recently as Chief Operating Officer. In that role, he was responsible for the day-to-day business operations and administrative functions for the firm, including finance, accounting, technology, marketing, human resources, real estate, docket, and records.

David’s educational background includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration in Accounting from Western Michigan University, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude, after which he went on to earn a Master’s of Management Degree at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, concentrating in Management and Finance. He is an Illinois Certified and Registered Public Accountant and successfully completed the five Certified Financial Planning (CFP) courses and passed the comprehensive CFP examination.

David has been a member of both the Illinois CPA Society and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants since 1978, and he has been a member of the Chicago and national chapters of the Association of Legal Administrators for nearly 30 years.
