Hannah Stout is an associate at Schiller DuCanto & Fleck LLP. She focuses her practice on high-net-worth Family Law cases involving the dissolution of marriage, custody and parentage disputes, relocation, as well as a variety of other complex issues related to the dissolution of marriage.
Prior to her start at Schiller DuCanto & Fleck, Hannah was an Assistant State’s Attorney for Kane County. During her time as an Assistant State’ s Attorney, Hannah litigated a variety of civil and criminal matters. As a prosecutor, Hannah has tried over 50 cases in which she has selected juries, conducted cross examinations, conducted opening statements as well as argued closing remarks. As a passionate advocate for her clients, Hannah devotes herself to assuring that her client’s needs, and concerns are appropriately argued and addressed. Her experience litigating cases gives Hannah the ability to try complex cases while advocating for the best possible outcome for her clients during difficult times in their lives.

Hannah earned her Juris Doctorate from DePaul University College of Law in 2019. During her law school career, she was a recipient of the CALI Award for Legal Analysis Research and Communication III, worked as an editor for the DePaul Law Review, and served as the Academic Chair for the Women’s Bar Association. Hannah received her Bachelor of Science in Speech Communication, Organized Leadership, and Public Relations from Wayne State College in 2016.
