Karen Schetz has been with the law firm of Schiller DuCanto & Fleck LLP since 2006, and has practiced solely matrimonial law since that time. Prior to joining the firm, Karen earned her law degree from DePaul University College of Law, and her Bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Notre Dame. Karen uses her degree and interest in psychology in her every day practice, taking the time to understand each client and their family dynamics as they go through the divorce process. She believes in settling cases out of court where possible in order to prevent further family strife and to conserve family resources, but is ready and willing to litigate her cases when a settlement cannot be reached that is in her clients’ best interests.
